Pranav is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over 10 years of experience in advising clients on internal audit, business process improvement, standard operating procedures , IFC, statutory audit and cost rationalization reviews.
He has previously worked in SSKM and Grant Thornton where he has developed strong knowledge in the area of business risk advisory over the years.
He has good experience in handling risk advisory engagements across hospitality ,manufacturing , real state and IT sectors.
He has conducted internal audits in operational areas including Production Management, Inventory, Fixed assets, Human Resource & Payroll, Finance & Accounts , Procurement amongst others.
He is also a DISA qualified Chartered Accountant.
Ramandeep Singh

Ramandeep is a Chartered Accountant and has over 9 years of experience in Business valuations, Goodwill Impairment Testing, Valuation of Intangible Assets.
He is also a Registered Valuer under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).He has previously worked in Genpact and E&Y where he has developed strong knowledge in the area of business valuations over the years.
He has computed various business valuations of companies/subsidiaries/divisions across wide range of industries such as IT and HR Consulting, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Automotive, Transport, Retail, Start ups etc. He has also advised various clients on Merger & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and capital raise through Private Equity through various investor documents such as information memorandums, financial models and opportunity notes.
Jyoti VArma

Jyoti is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Her core competencies are in is in book keeping management and all compliance matter, providing audit support and preparation of Financial statements, ERP implementation support. She is experienced in advising & handling the matters relating to Indirect Taxation.
She is well versed with process mapping and setting up the process control in Treasury and Banking areas. She has successfully designed and implemented process of Domestic as well as International Taxation for Statutory as well as internal reporting requirement.
